November 16 “Remember…… you’ve got to remember who you are.” ~~~ Phyllis Hyman

I taught a workshop at a retreat once entitled “Remember Who You Are.” In that workshop I passed around different items for the participants to hold in their hands and look at. There was a mermaid doll, an Indian artifact, a replica of a ship, a pyramid, etc. The point was to see if when holding the item, a memory of sorts would start to form in their brain. Surrounded by Earthly travelers who were spirits having a human experience gave the exercise an element of allowing and safety to explore. When Jesus died on the cross for our sins, the veil between heaven and Earth was torn. That means if you look long and hard enough, there is no separation between our human self and our divine self.

Today the mystery of my life is revealed. It rises like a bride walking down the aisle to her husband to be. When she arrives by his side, he lifts the veil and there she it!
