How do I handle disappointment when things don’t go my way? Do I pout and have a temper tantrum or do I serenely accept the things I cannot change? Changing the things I can usually means I have to change MY attitude as opposed to changing an outer source of discomfort. Comfort becomes my own responsibility. So instead of being co-dependent or trying to change or manipulate someone or some situation to be as I want it to be, I lovingly change myself.
Today I will affirm that everything in my world is just the way God wants it to be and I adjust my life to His will for me.
